Tense but allows handling Objective BAR-H, MMs pale pink and moist, BCS 7/9 EENT: Moderate black granular discharge AU. Eyes clear, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Clean teeth. PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male neutered MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Normal externally Assessment: 1. Obese 2. Likely ear mites Plan: 1. Clean ears and instill Tresaderm today – ivermectin already given on LVT intake. Repeat ivermectin in 2 weeks. 2. Recommend weight loss of 2-3 lbs Prognosis: Good 1088
