Frosty came to the shelter surrendered by an owner with a limited profile. Upon intake, Frosty was stiff and nervous. Reaction to assessor: Frosty is hiding in his den upon approach. Reaction when softly spoken to: Frosty looks at assessor with wide eyes. Reaction to cage door opening: Frosty is visibly shaking. Reaction to touch: Frosty shifts away to avoid being touched, shaking, allows minimal petting. Placement Determination: Experience No Child Frosty does not approach the assessor, appears tense and nervous, and allows limited handling. Frosty is exhibiting behavior suited to experienced cat parents with no children.

INITIAL SCAN NEGATIVE MALE INTACT APPROX 6 MONTHS OLD BARH RINGWORM EXPOSURE NO OBVIOUS LESIONS WOODS LAMP NEGATIVE small amount of hair missing on R ear from where DTM obtained AMBX 4 NO FLEAS SEEN VERY NERVOUS, WILL SHUT DOWN, BUT ALLOWED HANDLING as per dr 1037- culture, lyme dip, no terbanifine since no lesions check culture daily, re-dip in 3 days .. if culture positive then terbanifine
