***SAFE 10/21/16*** DUDLEY AND FRED ARE TWO KITTENS FOUND IN A YARD WITH OTHER SIBLINGS AND BROUGHT TO THE ACC! Someone who feeds a lot of stray cats in the neighborhood decided that they would bring the kittens to the shelter. Whether or not they felt they would find homes via the ACC is another story. But sadly DUDLEY and sibling ARABELLA who is not listed tonight, and FRED and sibling GEORGE who is also not listed tonight were picked up while eating, stuffed in a box, and dumped at the shelter. DUDLEY may have ringworm, a very treatable rash. FRED has conjunctivitis and again, this is easily treated. Sadly the ACC doesn’t treat kittens for easily cured ailments – they just kill them. DUDLEY and FRED are just babies and will need foster along with their siblings. WHO OUT THERE CAN GIVE THESE BABIES A SAFE HAVEN UNTIL THEY ARE WELL AND OLD ENOUGH FOR ADOPTION?? PLEASE EMAIL THE HELP DESK AT [email protected] NOW FOR RESCUE INFO.
**MUST BE PULLED BY A NEW HOPE RESCUE**

10/14/2016 PET PROFILE MEMO
10/14/16 19:35 Fred and George are male kittens ~2 months old. They were found together in a yard. Their finder feeds a lot of stray cats in the neighborhood. She reports that she picked them up while they were eating and that they struggled while she put them into a box, but they didn’t vocalize, scratch, or bite. Fred was stiff with wide eyes while I picked him up, held him, scanned him (-), collared him, sexed him, and took his pictures. He didn’t resist or vocalize. He would try to walk away from the center of the counter if I wasn’t holding him.
