Medical Summary 10/2/16 Check ill cat. Microchip scan neg. O: Lethargic, AR. mm=lt pink, tacky, CRT<2 s. Oral: Minimal calculus. Food in mouth. EENT: No oculonasal discharge. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs. ABD: Firm mid to caudal abdominal mass involving colon. Uncomfortable on palpation and straining. UG: Female. Integ: Dry haircoat, flea dirt. Decreasd skin turgor. A: Abd mass – R/o feces/constipation, neoplasia, foreign body, other. Emaciated – DDX: metabolic disease, GI disease, malnutrition, neoplasia, other. P: Lat abd radiographs: Confirms large amount of feces in colon. 150 ml LRS SQ. Will need enema tomorrow if no defecation overnight.
