Oral Exam: Limited exam, thick foul smelling saliva, dental tartar
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Male
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, unkempt hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Assessment: Underweight, URI, dental disease

Prognosis: Good
Plan: Convenia 0.21ml SQ. Continue to monitor while at BACC

The veterinarian is temporarily waiving this animal from the spay/neuter requirements of the City of NY until such time as the illness has resolved and the pet has sufficiently recovered.
