BCS 5/9 EENT: All adult teeth erupted, teeth clean, eyes clear, no ocular or nasal discharge, ears wnl HL: Normal thoracic auscultation, no murmurs/arrhythmias, lungs clear ABD: Tense on palpation, WNL INTEG: Full hair coat MS: Ambulatory x 4, no apparent lameness UG: Female A: Apparently healthy, small kitten for age P: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Excellent prognosis
