Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Finn was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to her behavior in her previous home. Reaction to assessor: Finn makes eye contact then lip licks. She gets up stretches out then slowly comes forward. Reaction when softly spoken to: Finn meows softly then rubs against the kennel door with his tail up. Reaction to cage door opening: Finn is calm and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Finn allows petting all over and solicits attention. She’s calm, relaxed and is very affectionate. Reaction to being picked up: Finn is tense when held the hisses at the assessor. She gets antsy then jumps back into the kennel and starts grumbling. Behavior Determination: Experience No Child Finn solicits attention and tolerates petting but gets uncomfortable when held and hisses at the assessor. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
