Medical Summary 10/12/16 Check sick kitten Microchip scan neg. O: BARH. Social and friendly, easy to handle. ORAL: All decid teeth erupted. EENT: Serous ocular discharge. Sneezing, mod. congestion, mucoid nasal discharge. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs. ABD/UG: Female. Palpation WNL. INTEG: Full, clean haircoat. MS: Amb x 4. A: Age est. 10 weeks. URI, conjunctivitis. P: Rx Terramycin ointment. Apply OU BID x 10 days. First dose applied. Rx Doxycycline 50 mg/ml. 0.25 ml PO q 24 hours x 10 days. First dose given. Offered food- eating well. Excellent prognosis.
