Reaction when softly spoken to: Filch ignores the assessor. Reaction to cage door opening: Filch becomes stiff and motionless. Reaction to touch: Filch appears motionless, nervous, and then tries to flee. Placement Determination: New Hope Only Filch appears fearful of the assessor and does not allow handling.
