SAFE 2/10/18 WATCH 2 NEW VIDEOS! 16 year old FELICIA was dumped by her owner at the shelter. She has some urinary tract issues and may have mild kidney disease and needs a full medical eval. Felicia also is mildly anemic. She needs a new home where her owner will take her to the vet for follow up care.
