**SAFE 07/20/16** So, here’s a question everyone can ponder….How come people will wander all over NYC to capture a pokemon, but no one has yet wandered into the ACC to save the life of CHINCHOU, FEEBAS or TYNAMO? All three are perfectly adorable, perfectly adoptable 10-week-old kittens; where is everybody for them? CHINCHOU is a baby girl, FEEBAS and TYNAMO are baby boys, and all three kittens should grow up to make exceptional best friends. Ensure that they get that chance by advocating fiercely for all three of them, tonight!

Feebas was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to his behavior in his previous home. Reaction to assessor: Feebas was curled up in the litter box with wide eyes focused on the assessor. Reaction when softly spoken to: Feebas becomes alert, looks around at his surroundings but doesn’t come forward. Reaction to cage door opening: Feebas remains motionless. Reaction to touch: Feebas has wide eyes focused on the assessor and leans away as you approach him. He closes his eyes when pet and seems to appreciate attention.
