SAFE 5/13/18 FABi was dumped by his owner at the shelter. He is a 4 year old kitty and owner claims he “fell down” a few months ago. FABI has problems walking – and is unable to stand on all fours…..he seems to have painful hind legs. Funny this owner did not take cat to the vet. FABI may have some neurological issues and needs further medical evaluation. Please help him today.
