MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat — left hindlimb lateral foot/toe has an area of hairloss and scabbing — wound at nail bed (resolving/healing normally)
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Wood’s Lamp Negative on left hindlimb
Assessment: apparently healthy.
Prognosis: very good
Plan: No concerns on medical examination.
