Medical Summary MC scanned negative S/O: transported from BXACC possible HBC QAR to slightly depressed UROGEN: MI both testicles descended H/L: NSF ABN: SNP, moderately sized plaible bladder M/S: lying laterally, no alpable long bone fx’s in any limbs, when proximal pelvic area palpated, p cries dried blood over R hip, clipped fur and one tiny open wound and second approx 0.5cm open wound present over lateral R hip, not actively bleeding A: r/o hip fracture P: 2v pelvic radiographs- R acetabular fx with possible displacement of ilium, caudal vetebrae 5/6 displaced/luxation. Bladder intact, feces in colon LRS 100ml SQ buprenorphine SR 3mg/ml: 0.1ml SQ convenia 80mg/ml: 0.25ml SQ monitor urination/defecation ideally rec orthopedic consultation, possible fx repair, need sx to repair fx prognosis: if urinating and defecating on own, good
