Tolerated exam Observed Behavior – “jumpy” and tense with quick movements. Wide eyes with dilated pupils. Attempts to flee/hide if left without restraint. Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No Objective: T =Not performed P = 180 bpm R = eupneic BCS = 4/9 EENT: Eyes clear, no nasal discharge noted, ears clean AU Oral Exam: Full set of deciduous dentition PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: MI, 2 testicles descended MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Not performed Assessment: Approx. 2 mo.
