This vocal cutie was nothing but purrs when he came through the doors of the Brooklyn Care Center. He had quite an appetite and was always on the go! Dumpling needs placement by 6pm.

Observed Behavior – vocal
Evidence of Cruelty seen – n
Evidence of Trauma seen – n
Objective
T = Not performed P = purring R = eupneic BCS = 4-5/9
EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: deciduous canine and incisor teeth budding
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: not performed due to purring
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: MI, 2 testicles descended
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Approx. 3 week old DSH with underage/underweight condition. Healthy otherwise
Plan: Foster placement
Prognosis: Poor without foster; fair to Good with foster
SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to age/weight
