GONE 11/5/17 Poor Dr Pepper was brought in with trauma to his hind end. He was lethargic and seems to have pain in his hind legs and back and would cry if touched there. This kitty needs a full medical exam and medical care. Please help this poor boy get the care he needs.

MSI: Ambulatory x 4 – cannot assess, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: na
Assessment: young to mid-age dsh mi (?)
possible susptained trauma – r/o hbc vs other
reported lethargic and abnormalities noted in hind end and crying upon touching of the back
Prognosis: good
Plan: sedate for complete examination asap
x-rays wb, especially hind end and back
labwork – cbc/chem
pain medication – gabapentin, onsior
while out – combo test, +/- neuter
