dried blood on forelimbs and neck, no wounds/injuries to limbs or body noted, ambulatory x 4
a: reported hit by car – facial trauma – no apparent fractures
p: administered lrs 50ml sq, buprenex 0.12ml sq, metacam 0.1ml sq. rec buprenex 0.12ml q12 x 3 days. recheck tomorrow. fair prognosis
