Assigned but not placed History : Stray, found 2 days before Subjective: Calm, allows all handling Objective BCS 4/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Deciduous PMs present PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male intact kitten MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Apparently healthy young kitten Plan: Grow, neuter, adopt Prognosis: Excellent SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to age 1088
