Sneezing, congested, nasal and ocular discharge. Not eating any food (dry or wet), not seen drinking water. Urinating but not defecating. Decreased activity level. S: Quiet, tolerant, allows all handling O: QAR, estimated 5-8% dehydrated, slightly decreased skin turgor. MMs pale pink, dry. BCS 6-7/9 EENT: Mucoid ocular discharge OU. Nose is raw, erythematous, cracked, dry. AU clean. Mild dental disease. H/L: Occasional sniffling or sneezing. NSR, NMA. Abd: Soft, no pain, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4, no abnormalities noted UG: Male neutered A: URI, anorexia, weight loss, mild dehydration P: Keep atACC 1. LRS 250 ml SQ SID x5 days 2. Tempt to eat with tasty foods 3. Buprenorphine 0.4 ml SQ BID x4 days in case of oral pain 4. Doxycycline 50 mg/ml 1.2 ml PO SID x10 days 5. Erythromycin ophth oint OU BID x10 days 1088
