Nervous Observed Behavior – allows all handling Evidence of Cruelty seen – no Evidence of Trauma seen – no Objective P = 168 R = 28 BCS 5.5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: mild gingivitis PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: tense but non painful, no masses palpated U/G: MI, both testicles descended, normal consistency MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment MI mild periodontal dz Plan ok for adoptions and neuter long term can attempt to brush teeth SID long term if p tolerates Prognosis: good SURGERY: Okay for surgery
