Cuteness can come in the petite-est of kitty cat packages, and this little lady has it in spades! Petite paws? Check! And the sweetest demeanor?? Check check!! Black and white and cuteness all over…come get this scrumptious belle!
**POSSIBLE RINGWORM** Gentle Denali chirps and kneads and purrs when given attention. She recently had kittens and may have been separated from them. She was brought in as a stray. Denali is the purrfect kitty to adopt today!

EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: scant gingivitis
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FI, slightly prominent nipples, able to extract milk from nipples, no palpable MGTs
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat, at tip of tail- alopecia, skin appears notmal
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment
FI, lactacting, r/o was separated from kittens
tail tip alopecia: r/o trauma, previous injury, infectious- LOW* suspect for Ringworm
Prognosis: good
Plan:
DTM taken as precaution- is a LOW SUSPECT for ringworm
apply tresaderm BID to tip of tail BID x10
SURGERY: Okay for surgery
Behavior Notes:
Recent mom with possible ringworm. Resting on bedding, soft eyes and body. Chirped when spoken to, rolled over, started kneading in place. Stood and came to the front when door opened. Leaned and arched into pets, purred. Ideal event cat
