Subjective Observed Behavior – At front of carrier, ears forward, meowing, allows all handling but did growl during last half of exam and treatments. No attempt to bite or scratch. Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No Objective T = NA P = wnl R = wnl BCS 3/5 (4-5/9) EENT: Eyes clear, ears hyperpigmentation and dark waxy debris AU, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Grade 1/4 dental dz PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: wnl MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: not performed Assessment – Mild dental dz and debris AU, otherwise apparently healthy Medical Behavior Status BLUE Medical Status 1 Asilomar Status HEALTHY Fast Track?
