Hx: Adoptions is wondering if kittens are okay to take to an event. Dx with infectious conjunctivitis. Reported to be eating (food trays empty) and no diarrhea noted in cage.
S/O: Kitten is BARH. BCS 3/9. EENT – mild redness and epiphora OU; no obvious nasal discharge. Healthy deciduous dentition; healing lingual ulcers. Heart/lungs auscult wnl. Abdomen soft, non-painful; peri-anal area appears red and slightly swollen. Amb x 4. Skin/coat – wnl
A: Conjunctivitis, OU – suspect secondary to Calici virus given lingual ulcers
P: Do not recommend taking kittens to an event. Seek foster or NH placement. Gave 0.08mls Vitamin B12 SQ. Starting Doxycycline 50mg/ml – 0.2mls PO q24h x 10d.

ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FS, spay incision cdi, no MGTs, no vulvar d/c
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
