DAISY – A1064996
Safe - 6-5-2016 Brooklyn
***SAFE 06/05/16***DAISY IS SCARED TO BLOOM….DAISY was found as a stray but it turns out she’s a RETURN and originally adopted from the ACC. Was someone just trying to avoid the surrender fee? Or did someone let DAISY out the door one day to fend for herself? This young girl is only 11 months old and already SPAYED. SHE NEEDS A BRAND NEW HOME WHERE SHE CAN BLOSSOM!! If you can plant DAISY in your garden and help her grow, please apply to Foster or Adopt NOW!! If you can’t adopt, A New Hope rescue will welcome a foster who will gave DAISY the time and chance she needs….

05/17/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Daisy does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: Daisy does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: Daisy remains motionless Reaction to touch: Daisy seems indifferent to my presence and touch Try picking cat up: Did not attempt Behavior Determination: Experience Daisy was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying timid behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Remains motionless as I started to get closer but after a steady slow approach using soft voices she relaxed a little. I was able to pet her and interact with her in a limited way. Although she was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
