Medical Summary 04/26/17 DVM exam. History – Brought in with housemate Socks. No known medical concerns. Microchip scan negative. Age est 2 yrs. Observed behavior – Shy, but curious about environment and people. Allows all handling. Evidence of cruelty or trauma – No. O: BARH. mm=pink, moist, CRT<2 s. HR=180, RR=24. BCS=5/9. ORAL: Slight gingivitis. Good dental condition, no oral lesions. EENT: No oculonasal discharge, no sneezing. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmrus/arrhythmias. ABD: Soft, non-painful, no masses/organomegaly. UG: Female, spay scar identified. MS: Amb x 4, no lameness. INTEG: Soft, full, clean haircoat. No skin lesions. NEURO: No neuro. deficits. PLN: No enlargements notes. A: Apparently healthy young adult spayed cat. P: Monitor while at BACC. Excellent prognosis.
