Medical Summary DVM Intake Exam Estimated age: approx 1-2 years old Microchip noted on Intake? No History : Presents as owner surrender. Scared- growling and hissing and swatting. Needs to be in cat net for examination Objective P = R = BCS EENT: Full oral examination not performed due to aggression Oral Exam: Teeth appear clean- no calculus noted when P was hissing H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Neutered male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, Full examination of not and MS not performed due to aggression CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Apparently Healthy Plan: No medications necessary at this time Prognosis: Excellent
Lying in litterbox with a flat body. Tolerates petting along head and body while licking lips and turning head to watch my hand. Tense and nervous. Needs more time to adjust. Sprayed feliway.
