Subjective:Apparently healthy female cat Observed Behavior – Fractious, will flee. Tries to scratch. Evidence of Cruelty seen – None Evidence of Trauma seen – None Objective T = Not taken P = 160 bpm R = 28 bpm BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Not examined, PAtient was ina net due to behavior PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Intact female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Not examined Assessment Apparently healthy Plan Microchipped Advantage applied Pyrantel given PO FELV/FIV- negative Prognosis: Excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery
