MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, thin brittle hair coat at caudal half of body, dermatitis/urine scald at ventral abdomen
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Dental disease, dermatitis – urine scald, +/- FAD, overgrooming
Prognosis: Good
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Consider dental cleaning with placement
