ACTIVITY LEVEL: Steady VOCAL: Quiet CHARACTER TYPE: Shy MEDICAL BEHAVIOR: 7/13/17- Observed Behavior – calm EVALUATION: Cage Condition: No change Reaction to assessor: Coaster remains tense, tucked limbs at the back during the approach. Reaction to cage door opening: Stiffens up in place, facing forward, alert with eyes wide open. Reaction to touch: Coaster accepts the touch, but remains immobile with no further interest with the interaction. BEHAVIOR SUMMARY: Coaster tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
