Oral Exam: No teeth
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female kitten
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate for young kitten
Rectal: Normal externally
Assessment: Underage, underweight kitten
Plan: Feed and give supportive care
Prognosis: Good
