Soft, reducable umbilical hernia – 1 cm. U/G: Male – 2 testicles. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: n Assessment Intact male. Umbilical hernia. Plan: routine intake. Prognosis: Excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery, needs hernia repair.
