History : Return from foster due to behavior
Subjective:
Observed Behavior – BARH. Nervous, hisses at first, allows all handling but tries to get away
Evidence of Cruelty seen – No
Evidence of Trauma seen – No

P = WNL R = WNL BCS 5/9
EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: Teeth clean, pink mm, no oral ulcers
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; reducilble umbilical hernia
U/G: Female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Umbilical hernia
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC
Prognosis: Excellent
SURGERY: Okay for surgery
