12/02/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Chino looks tense, hiding in the cat den when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Chino remains in place, alert with eyes dilated. Reaction to touch: Chino avoids contact then spits at the assessor’s hand. Placement determination: NH ONLY Chino is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room. He is extremely fearful in the shelter environment and does not currently tolerate petting. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time.
