Medical Behavior Evaluation No Initial Behavior
Medical Summary S: BAR, vocal, 5% dehydrated O: EENT: no c/n dc; dec dentition, no lingual ulcers HL: NMA, NSR, LCE LN: no pla MSI: BCS 3/9, GHC; no overt neck or back pain Neuro: hind limbs have motor, intact reflexes; front limbs not spastic but no obvious motor or reflexes; laterally recumbant; CN intact UG: IM, 2 desc testicles A: approx 6 w old M DSH 1. Front limb paresis/paralysis r/o trauma v congenital v infectious v inflammatory v other 2. Mild dehydration P: 1. Buprenex 0.015 mg/kg SL TID 2. Give 24-48 hours, if no improvment, consider HE 3. Check on, turn, keep dry 4. Consider plaement if possible 5. Give 10 ml SQ LRS today/tomorrow
