***SAFE 04/12/16*** SWEET SISTERS LOST THEIR HOME DUE TO THEIR OWNERS HOUSING ISSUES AND NOW THEY WILL DIE FOR CATCHING THE SHELTER COLD!! CHACHA and MARCY are friendly 2 year old sisters whose owner had housing problems which landed them in the ACC. Both are already spayed and are wishing to be adopted together if possible. Both got great reviews from the staff. A volunteer writes: I’d love to get into the kennel and do the cha-cha-cha with Chacha, a cute little tortie. She’s a bit shy, but not as much as her sister, the lovely Marcy. Chacha comes out and sits in the front of their kennel, meowing to get my attention, while Marcy tends to hide in the box or under her bedding. When I open the door and pet Chacha, she likes it for a while, but then pulls back a bit. Maybe, maybe not, she seems to be telling me. Then after a little sit-down in the box, she comes back out and wants some more petting. It’s a little dance, a little cha-cha-cha with Chacha. A staff member writes: Cha cha needs an cat-savvy human who understands that new surroundings stress her, and she needs to take it slow. If you’re a cat expert, or a cat lover with patience, then you’re the perfect match for her. And once the rhythm is right, you will be in the Dance of Love with Cha Cha. And for MARCY – A volunteer writes: Now Marcy is a lovely little black kitty who, like her sister Chacha, is not sure how much and how often she wants me to give her affection. She hangs out under her bedding or in the box, but when she come out to eat, she is purr-fectly fine with having her head scratched. Any noise in the room, however, scares her back behind her bedding. She is very timid, and would probably do best in a household with her sweet sister, Chacha, as well as a human companion with a quiet lifestyle and a lot of patience and love to give. If Marcy can follow her sister onto someone’s lap, they might both be coaxed out onto the dance floor. A waltz, anyone? GET THESE TWO WONDERFUL CATS OFF THE LIST AND INTO YOUR HOME!!
