A: NO CONCERNS ON EXAM TODAY. TESTED PARVO NEGATIVE ON INTAKE. MAY HAVE SUSTAINED MINOR TRAUMA TO FACE TO CAUSE EPISTAXIS VS MILD URI VS OTHER
P: CONTINUE TO MONTIOR WHILE AT BACC. GOOD PROGNOSIS
NO TREATMENT INDICATED AT THIS TIME
