*** SAFE 02/11/16 *** This CECIL is no lion, but this one is alive and needs rescue asap! Cecil is a 1 year old kitten and she is afraid at being caged like a wild animal in the shelter. She is PERFECTLY HEALTHY and rated EXPNOCHILD for her fear. She was hissing at the assessor but did accept some petting on her head. She will need a experienced home where she will get love and understanding and time to decompress and relax! Offer to FOSTER or ADOPT CECIL and get her outta that cage she’s in and into a real home without any bars!
