CAN YOU GIVE CASSIE A HOME WHERE SHE CAN HAVE A PLACE TO SNOOZE AND CUDDLE UP FOR THE COLD MONTHS AHEAD? YOU MAY JUST HAVE FOUND YOUR CUDDLE BUDDY! CASSIE is 4 years young and not sick. Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Cassie looks tense, hiding in the cat den when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Cassie remains in place, alert with eyes wandering. Reaction to touch: Cassie retreats away from the assessors hand, but stiffens up and shows no interest when touched on the head and body. Placement determination: Experience / no child Cassie tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
