Medical Summary Hx: single kitten brought in by police without mom S/O QAR, hissed once but allows handling mm pk, moist; CRT <2 sec; all deciduous dentitia present; tip fx of both upper canines OU-mild crusting at medial canthus nose clear ears clean heart/lungs WNL soft, nonpainful abdomen male intact; 2 testicles present but not always inguinal LH-area of focal ulceration of main paw pad, healthy granulation tissue present coat sl dirty A paw pad ulceration-r/o trauma vs other; does not look like bite wound P yesterday’s news litter to prevent wound contamination clean wound with nolvasan daily, can add clavamox if any concerns with healing okay to neuter prognosis: excellent
