Observed Behavior – Tucked at back of cage, but facing front. Does not shy away from touch. Quiet, purring, allows all handling for exam.
Evidence of Cruelty seen – no
Evidence of Trauma seen – no

EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: Healthy deciduous dentition
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: not peformed
Assessment: Single episode of loose stool; suspect from stress and/or abrupt diet change, otherwise Apparently Healthy
Plan: Acceptable candidate for adoption or rescue. Monitor for diarrhea.
