PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: eupnic, clear lung sounds, no murmurs/arrhythmias
ABD: soft, nonpainful, slightly doughy; no palpable abnormalities
U/G: female; no obvious spay scar or tattoo
MSI:
-ambulatory x 4 with no lameness
-mild diffuse muscle wasting along spine
-dirty discharge on forelimbs
-overgrooming on abdomen with mild dermatitis
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal:grossly normal
