History : stray
Subjective: QAR, ~5% dehydrated
Observed Behavior – very sweet. Easily handleable and easy to pick up. Enjoys being held and did well for all medical handling and procedures
Evidence of Cruelty seen – no
Evidence of Trauma seen – no

P = wnl R = eupneic BCS 4/9
EENT: mild purulent ocular d/c ou, moderate purulent nasal d/c bilaterally, dirty brown waxy debris in ears
Oral Exam: kitten dentition
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic but audible congestion
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: MI
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites but fleas noted on intake, no masses noted,unkempt hair coat with areas of thinning hair
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

URI with conjunctivitis

Start doxycycline 10mg/kg PO SID x10d
Start erythromycin OU BID x10d
