Radiograph Review
Vet Notes: 5:27 PM
Hx of right radius/ulnar angular deformity with crepitus at carpal region
Rad. review: proximal portion of ulna is deformed and curves carianlly, possibly shorter than normal and malformed distally (thickened) at articulation point with carpus. Radius only appears to be a small piece of bone proximally; the carpus has crepitus likely from the malformed joint and bone-bone contact
A: r/o right front congenital limb deformity vs other
Left distal radius/ulna seems thickened on palp. as well with no signs of discomfort
P: rec’ cont. with current tx – seek NH placement +/- rads of left front leg to compare to Right
