SAFE 10/8/17 BOOTS is a spayed girl who is 7 years old. Her owner dumped her at the shelter for litterbox issues. She is a big girl and is overweight and has matts on her back. It is possible she was having issues getting in and out of the box but owner made no attempt to actually find out why this was happening. Boots is friendly and needs a new caring owner asap!
