Very tense, vocalizing, hissing Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No Objective P = WNL R = WNL BCS 7/9 EENT: Early nuclear sclerosis, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Moderate dental tartar/gingivitis PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Spayed, spay scar seen and palpated MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat – appears to have been recently shaved a caudal dorsum CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Obese, gingivitis, mild dental staining Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Rec weight loss plan with placement Prognosis: Excellent
