04/28/2017 PET PROFILE MEMO
04/28/17 13:49 Basic Info: Booboo A1109574 is a spayed female golden brown tabby & white DMH feline who was left with the owner 3yrs ago and is being surrendered due to the owner being ill. She was last seen by a vet a couple of years ago when she was spayed and currently has no known health issues/injuries. Socialization: Booboo is friendly/outgoing with strangers. She hasn’t been around cats but was gentle, playful, relaxed/affectionate with a small breed dog, children ages newborn-3yrs old and the adults in the home. Booboo hasn’t bitten/scratched any person or animal. Behavior: During car rides Booboo will meow. She isn’t bothered by the following: being put into a carrier or being bathed. Booboo hasn’t been disturbed while sleeping/resting, had her nails trimmed or been brushed. Booboo scratches on walls and doesn’t have a scratching post. For a New Family to Know: Booboo is described as friendly, affectionate, playful & talkative with medium activity level. When the owner is home Booboo follows them around. She’s an indoor cat that sleeps around the home, eats dry & wet Friskies cat food 2-3x a day and uses an uncovered litter box with clumping litter within. Intake Behavior: Booboo had a soft body, eyes and allowed all handling. She allowed to be scanned (-), collared & have her pictures taken however due to her trying to jump off the backdrop table and her head butting I wasn’t able to get a back drop picture or a full body kennel picture. Booboo will solicit attention/affection; she’ll head butt and purr. She didn’t seem to mind being picked up at all and was placed into a kennel with ease.
