Eyes clear, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Mild tartar and gingivitis. PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male neutered MSI: LARGE amount of flea dirt and live fleas. Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Normal externally Assessment: 1. Overweight 2.
