Allows all medical handling and intake procedures without incident Evidence of Cruelty seen – no Evidence of Trauma seen – no Objective T = NT P = 200 R = 40+ BCS 6/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: mild gingivitis and dental calc, no oral lesions PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: CM, small soft bladder MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, scaley dorsum CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: NP Assessment 4-5 year old CM DSH 1.
