No vomiting, diarrhea, coughing or sneezing. Subjective : Intact male Observed Behavior – QAR Evidence of Cruelty seen – None Evidence of Trauma seen – None Objective T = Not taken P = 140 bpm R = 40 bpm BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Not performed. PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Intact male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Not perform Assessment Apparently healthy Medical Behavior Status- Blue Medical Status- 1 Asilomar Status- Healthy Fast Track- no Plan Rabies given RR Surgery is recommended ( castration)
